Three departures a day leave Batangas Port for Calapan on SuperCat's fast craft, at 9:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM, and three come back from Calapan at 7:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM. SuperCat lists them as a daily service on its schedule page and gives the crossing as an hour and a half.
At ₱660 for a regular adult ticket, the price is identical in Business, Tourist and open-air Economy, and the same in both directions. Students pay ₱525, senior citizens and persons with disability ₱470, and children from three to eleven ₱330.
What the fare does not cover is the port. SuperCat's own guide to Batangas says passengers pay a ₱30 terminal fee there on top of the ticket; for Calapan it publishes no amount.

One rate card for every cabin
SuperCat prints the same rate card for both directions and for all three cabins: Business Class, Tourist Class and Economy (open air) cost exactly the same on this route, so the choice of seat is about comfort, not price. Infants of one to two years pay a ₱25 infant fee rather than a fare.
These are ticket prices only. A SuperCat guide to Batangas Port, published in May 2026, says the ₱30 terminal fee is paid at a separate Terminal Ticket window and is not included in the trip fare. No figure is published for Calapan, so no door-to-door total appears here.

Santa Clara in Batangas, San Antonio in Calapan
Several shipping lines share both ports, so the details below are the ones SuperCat itself publishes for its passengers.
Batangas Port
SuperCat's own port guide places the pier in Barangay Santa Clara, about ten minutes from the Batangas City Grand Terminal where most buses from Manila stop. Inside the passenger terminal you buy or show your SuperCat ticket, then pay the ₱30 terminal fee at its own window and scan the QR code on that terminal ticket at the turnstile before the boarding area. SuperCat does not publish which building or ramp its fast craft uses.
Calapan Port
The Mindoro end is the port of Calapan in Barangay San Antonio, Calapan City. SuperCat's FAQ sends rebooking, refunds and document drop-offs to its Corporate Ticket Office "located at the port"; it does not say whether a terminal fee is charged in Calapan or how much.
South-east from Batangas to Oriental Mindoro's capital
Calapan sits on the north-east coast of Oriental Mindoro, south-east of Batangas City on the far side of the Verde Island Passage. SuperCat's FAQ puts the crossing at 1 hour 30 minutes in either direction; it states no distance and lists no intermediate stops.
Getting through two busy ports
- Keep ₱30 aside in Batangas
SuperCat's port guide says the Batangas terminal fee is paid separately after you have your ticket.
- 15 kg free
Two hand-carried pieces up to 0.10 cbm in all; excess weight is charged at ₱15 per kilo.
- Three ways to book
Chelsea Travel's website or app, SuperCat's Facebook Messenger with payment by GCash, or the ticket office at the port.
- Name on the ticket
Tickets are non-transferable and a valid ID is checked; a ticket stays valid for six months from the departure date.
- Pets need papers
A veterinary health certificate and a Bureau of Animal Industry shipping permit, a cage per pet, and a fare that SuperCat estimates at ₱150 to ₱450 by size.
- Late pregnancy
Women up to eight months pregnant may board with a doctor's certificate and a signed waiver, but not in rough seas.
A route that was paused in 2023
On September 4, 2023, SuperCat's advisory page announced that all Batangas–Calapan–Batangas trips were cancelled for vessel maintenance and that the company would say when they resumed. No resumption notice followed on that page, but SuperCat's "Latest" schedule page lists the route as a daily trip, and a SuperCat article from May 2026 says it runs daily from Batangas to Calapan and back. The same schedule page marks Cebu–Tagbilaran as "No Trips Available", so routes that are not sailing are flagged on it.
SuperCat is one of several shipping lines on this corridor. FastCat's October 2026 timetable also lists Batangas Port to Calapan Port, and Montenegro Shipping Lines sells RoRo trips on it; neither line's timetable nor its prices are mixed into this page. For the weekend boat from the same Batangas port to Puerto Galera, see Atienza's Batangas to Puerto Galera ferry.
